Wiping problems away

SPECIALIST wipe maker Chicopee has brought out an easy-to-follow wall chart for use in colour-coded wiping tasks at any food handling site.
The free chart measures 39 x 31cm and has five pictures depicting the Lavette Super range of non-woven hygiene wipes in five colours. Operators attach one of the nine standard symbols - washrooms, seating, food prep, etc - to the middle of the picture to ensure that staff follow chosen codes. A special pore structure is claimed to keep the wipes fresher and more hygienic for longer.
