Wok on the wild side
Television chef Nancy Lam and 20 assistant chefs set a record for the world's largest stir-fry last week to celebrate Chinese New Year and raise awareness for the children's charity NCH.
The dish, made in a giant wok set up in London's Leicester Square, London, took six hours to cook and used 1,000kg of vegetables.
Lam was joined by celebrities including actresses Cheri Lunghi, Jenny Agutter and Josie Lawrence, and former MP Neil Hamilton and his wife Christine.
