Mersey Ferries – Provision of catering and associated services
Provision of catering and associated services on board Mersey Ferries Vessels and at Seacombe Ferry Terminal from 2 November 2015 to 1 November 2020.
Merseytravel is the Executive body for transport of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and owns and operates the world-famous Mersey Ferries. Merseytravel requires an innovative, flexible, cost-effective and professional quality catering service on board two Mersey Ferries vessels and a catering and leisure service at the Mersey Ferries Terminal at Seacombe.
The successful tenderer will enter into a concession agreement for a period of five years (with a possible extension of up to a further five years, at Merseytravel's absolute discretion). Merseytravel takes the view that TUPE may apply to this contract.
