Exclusive Ranges becomes associate member of Royal Academy of Culinary Arts

Foodservice equipment supplier Exclusive Ranges has announced it has become an associate member of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (RACA).

By announcing its membership with the association for hospitality professionals, it pledges to support the aims of the academy which includes supporting the education and training of young people and recognising and rewarding industry talent.

The equipment firm, which represents brands including Gastrofrit, Hugentobler, and Rosinox, joins RACA weeks after foodservice equipment supplier, Grande Cuisine, became an associate member.

Trevor Burke, managing director at Exclusive Ranges, said: "As a long-standing supplier to many members of the Academy, I felt it was time to do something more to support the good work that they do in promoting our industry and supporting high standards.

"Becoming an associate member enables us to offer access to the extensive knowledge and training that our brand partners have in some of the most cutting-edge, energy-efficient equipment on the market."

Lisa Jenkins, chief executive at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, added: "I am delighted that Exclusive Ranges has joined The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts as an associate member. Trevor Burke and his products and professionalism are well respected in the industry.

"It is exciting to be able to collaborate with another excellent supplier as we continue to represent hospitality and the excellence within it."
