Kudos renews Harvey Nichols contract for second time

Kudos has renewed its staff catering contract at Harvey Nichols in London's Knightsbridge for a second time, with a new five-year deal.

The caterer, part of the Crown Group, initially won the contract in March 2004 and its services were retained in 2009. The new deal is estimated to be worth around £800,000.

The latest extension, which Kudos said was awarded for consistently delivering great food and service to the high-end retailer, will see Kudos based at the store through to 2019.

Jon Pryce (pictured), managing director of Kudos, said: "The location of the store means that the staff have an endless choice of cafes and grab-n-go options for lunch.

"However, we have built a very close relationship with the retailer and the staff who work at Harvey Nichols to ensure we can provide menus with great taste that deliver high levels of energy to keep the staff on their feet and get through the day."
