School caterer Pabulum picks up eight more deals worth around £5m
School caterer Pabulum has snatched a swathe of new business deals worth around £5m.
Eight more schools across Essex, Kent, Cambridgeshire, Greater London and Hampshire, with a combined total of more than 7,500 students, have joined the independent caterer's portfolio.
Pabulum managing director Nelson Williams, who took up his current position with the company 12 months ago, attributed the company's success to the quality of the food offer and the team's talent for building long-term relationships with customers.
He said: "All our food is about using only the best local ingredients, turning them into delicious and imaginative dishes that everyone loves, but the heart of our success is down to the fact that everything is supported by a business model that puts our customers first."
