20th Master Innholders Conference to help hoteliers boost business
The challenging economic climate will be the focus of next year's Master Innholders' 20th Annual Hotel General Managers' Conference, in January 2013.
Running over two days on 14 and 15 January at London's Grosvenor House hotel, the event will include presentations from hotel and finance professionals who will share their experiences and provide delegates with ideas and advice for boosting their business.
Speakers at the conference - titled Stretching the Boundaries - will include Jonathan Austin and Wayne Clarke, chief executive international partner of the Best Companies Partnership; Dr Dorian Dugmore from Wellness International; Fred Sirieix, general manager at Galvin at Windows; and Dr Taleb Rifai, secretary generalof the UN World Tourism Organisation.
A champagne reception and black tie dinner will take place on the night of 14 January, when the 2012 Hotelier of the Year - due to be announced next week - will give a presentation to the audience.
Chairman of the Master Innholders, Andrew Stembridge, said that 2012 has been a tough year for hotels and it is important for the industry to come together.
"By sharing our passion, experiences and best practice we will continue not only to improve standards but also to aid the survival of hotels throughout the UK.
Delegate prices start at just £250 and there is a special early bird offer of one free place with every four booked, if the booking is received by 9 November.
