A little piece of Eden for around £850,000

Michael and Marie Lawson have bought their personal piece of Eden, with the purchase of Staffield Hall self-catering apartments at the heart of the Eden Valley in Kirkoswald, Cumbria. The property was saved from decline in 1986 by previous owners, Beverly and Alan Dawson, who converted the building into seven self-catering apartments. Staffield Hall sold for close to the asking price of £850,000 through agent, Colliers Robert Barry.
