City Apartments to open 32 new serviced apartments in London

City Apartments is to launch 32 new serviced apartments in the capital next week. It will be opening its 12th property - Cloth House - in the financial district. This brings the total number of apartments owned and operated by the firm in the Square Mile to almost 250.

Cloth House was previously used as office space on the ground and upper floors with the Farmers' and Fletchers' Livery Halls in the basement.

A complete redesign of the building has enabled City Apartments to add an additional floor of apartments and expand the Livery Hall to allow for a reception and offices for the two Livery companies on the ground floor while modernising the halls in the basement.

City Apartments said Cloth House was a key strategic building in its property portfolio.
