The charm of Holdfast Cottage Hotel in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /?>

Welland near Malvern proved irresistible to industry newcomers, Guy and Annie Dixon. The couple bought the eight-room property for close to the £725,000 asking price, from previous owner, Martyn Bishop. The hotel features a 24-seat restaurant, and owner accommodation consisting of a lounge, kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Agent was Colliers Robert Barry.
