Owner accommodation comprising a four-bedroom detached family house was one of the major attractions for James and Cynthia Doran, new owners of the Torrs Warren Hotel near Stranraer. The hotel, which sold for more than the guide price of £545,000, also features eight letting rooms, a bar and 85-seat dining area. The property was sold by agent Colliers Robert Barry on behalf of Alasdair and Bernice Camlin and their daughter, Jacqueline Mitchell.
