New owners for seaside hotel in Norfolk

The 18-bedroom Edwardian hotel in the seaside town of Great Yarmouth in Norfolk has changed hands.

New owners Krishnaduth Bhemah and Jean Alexandra bought the freehold on the hotel off an asking price of £395,000.

It is located in a conservation area overlooking St George's Park and is near the beach, Britannia Pier and the Golden Mile.

Facilities include a 44-seat restaurant, a 16-seat bar, a seven-seat dry lounge, and two-bedroom owners' accommodation.

The Ipswich office of Christie + Co sold the property for previous owners Robert and Julie Nichol.
