St Ervan Manor is up for sale
North Cornwall's one-Michelin-starred restaurant with rooms St Ervan Manor has been placed on the market with a £1.85m price tag.
Property agent Savills is looking for offers of £1.45m for the main Grade-II listed former rectory building, plus an optional £400,000 for an adjacent four-bedroom modern house.
The restaurant won a Michelin star this year under head chef Nathan Outlaw, who joined in March 2005 after winning a Michelin star for the Black Pig restaurant in nearby Rock.
Owner Allan Clark, who acquired the business in 2002, stressed that a sale was not a foregone conclusion unless the right offer came along.
However, if a sale does
occur, the marketing brochure makes it clear that Outlaw's kitchen team are likely to move as well.
Clark said: "We are dipping our toes in the market because agents are saying that small boutique places are very much in demand.
"We have not made any decisions yet as to where we will go or what we will do if we do sell - but we have lots of potential irons in the fire."
