Oxmoor Farm launches indoor dining space ahead of wider restaurant plans

Oxmoor Farm in the Chiltern Hills is to launch a new indoor dining space ahead of plans to open a permanent restaurant.

Since 2022, the farm has hosted outdoor dinner party series Wild Feasts run by a line-up of top chefs.

It will return in 2024 with ten chefs including Great British Menu contestant Amber Francis, Tom Cenci, Michelle Trusselle, Eleanor Henson and Amy Poon.

Each chef will prepare a relaxed sharing banquet for 50 guests at a time for two nights only between May and December.

This year, the farm will launch the Barn, a new indoor dining space with wood burners and blankets which will allow the dinners to continue during the autumn and winter months.

It comes ahead of plans to open a permanent restaurant on the farmland in future.

From 1 June, every weekend when feasts aren't being held will see the Barn open to the public for morning coffee and in the evening for Neapolitan-style pizzas, small plates and natural wines.

Dishes will include anchovy, garlic and rosemary flatbread; a courgette, ricotta and carrot top pesto pizza; and stewed apple with blackberries and marscapone.

Wild Feasts at Oxmoor were created by friends Paddy Maynard and Harry Hope-Morley in 2022 to highlight produce from the surrounding area, the importance of regenerative farming and the beauty of the Chiltern Hills.
