Raithwaite Sandsend hotel in Yorkshire on the market for £12m
Raithwaite Sandsend hotel in North Yorkshire has been put up for sale with a guide price of £12m.
The 73-bedroom, 19th century hotel has potential to increase the room count to 87.
It also comes with implemented planning permission to build 71 cottages, 82 apartments and 37 lodges within the estate, as well as approved permissions for a 30-bedroom extension, three coastal villas, five woodland lodges, and a village square.
The hotel has a spa and a newly opened restaurant, Crab Shack, which sources 80% of its produce from a 30-mile radius.
The business has reported revenues of £4.6m and was awarded ‘Most Sustainable Hotel' at the 2021 Hotel Cateys for its carbon-neutral operations and fully organic kitchen garden.
