Randy's Donuts to launch in the UK

The Los Angeles-based doughnut brand Randy's Donuts has revealed it is seeking a franchise partner for its UK debut.

The company was founded in California in 1952 and has since expanded to over 35 shops across the United States, South Korea, the Philippines and Saudi Arabia.
It serves a range of doughnuts in flavours such as glazed raised, chocolate iced cake and Froot Loops raised, as well as a variety of other pastries and coffee.

The bakery chain stated it is after a UK-based franchise partner with experience in the restaurant industry, a "strong understanding" of the UK market and an appetite to develop and operate "multiple" Randy's Donuts sites across the country.

Mark Kelegian, chief executive of Randy's Donuts, said: "We are thrilled to announce that Randy's Donuts is coming to the United Kingdom.

"We are looking for a franchise partner with food and beverage experience who shares our passion for donuts and our commitment to providing our customers with the best possible experience. We are confident that with the right partner, we can make Randy's Donuts a success in the UK."

Randy's Donuts is also seeking franchise partners in Australia, Indonesia, Mexico, Spain, Canada and Hungary.
