People moves: Matt Leech

Matt Leech has joined the Marco Pierre White steakhouse, bar & grill at the Doubletree by Hilton Chester hotel as its head chef. Leech previously worked at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant in Claridge's before returning to Chester to work at the Grosvenor hotel's Simon Radley restaurant, where he held the position of sous chef from late 2006. Former head chef Chris Brown has now gone on to become the new group head chef for all Sanguine Hospitality-backed Marco Pierre White restaurants.
