Alcohol cooking gels from Cuisinewine

Cuisinewine Cooking Gels are made from distilled spirits and turned into a gel using a natural stabiliser.

The gels are available in spirits (Scotch Whiskey, French Brandy, Caribbean Dark Rum and Calvados) and liquors (Amaretto, Crème de Cassis and Crème de Framboise) and are used in exactly the same way as traditional liquid spirits.

The spirits come in one-litre PET bottles and the liquors are available in 50cl PET bottles for safe handling in the kitchen.

The company also supplies five-litre boxes of red and white cooking wines made from Tempranillo and Pardina grape varieties from southern Spain. The 5% abv wines have a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture, or six weeks once opened.
