Belgian chocolate desserts from Town & Country Fine Foods

Exploding on to the desserts scene is the 90g Chocolate Avalanche consisting of 7cm spheres of dark chocolate that melt when warm chocolate sauce is poured over them to reveal ice-cream and a crumble inside.

Handmade by Debailleul in Brussels for Town and Country Fine Foods, the sweet range also includes a selection of dessert slices, such as the Symphonie Dark Choc Dessert containing coffee mousse, chocolate mousse, biscuit and hazelnut meringue.

Other examples include the Louvre Caramel Dessert with caramel Bavarian cream, pear and walnut biscuit, and the Rubico Dark Choc Dessert with chocolate mousse, raspberry marmalade, pistachio mousseline and chocolate biscuit with biscuit sheets.
The Javanais Choc Dessert comprises layers of almond biscuit and mocha butter cream and the Voltaire Dark Choc Dessert is a layering of chocolate mousse, vanilla, crème brûlée and crispy biscuit.

All the individual dessert slices measure 11.5cm x 2.9cm x 3cm and are supplied in boxes of 10.
