Product Dual-purpose heavy-duty Infrico Blast Chiller

Details The fan-assisted appliance quickly shock-freezes, soft-chills or hard-chills food without compromising quality, aroma, colour, humidity or consistency. It achieves this by rapidly transforming the liquids in food into micro-crystals that do not disrupt cell structure.

Features Made from AISI 304 stainless steel; inbuilt HACCP allows caterers to print reports to prove there has been no deviation from the correct temperature.

Cycles Refrigeration - takes food heated to 70°C to 3°C in less than 90 minutes; freezing - drops temperature to -18°C in four hours.

Range ABT3-1S (3 x 1/1 GN) and ABT10-25 (10 x 2/1 GN)

Capacity ABT3 - 10kg chilling, 5kg freezing; ABT10 - 80kg chilling, 50kg freezing
