Red chilli-infused extra virgin cold-pressed rapeseed oil from Wharfe Valley Farms is full of long red dried sanam chillies, which are still in the bottle.
The oil can be used in dressings, marinades and stir fries.
Another addition to the range is an oak-smoked version of the virgin rapeseed oil, which is cold-smoked over oak chips until it develops its own full smoky flavour.
Both varieties of oil are supplied in 250ml, 500ml and 5l bottles as is the original variety.
