Convotherm steamer wins kitchen innovation award" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Convotherm's ]( 6.10 mini 2in1 combi-steamer is one of 22 winners of the [National Restaurant Association's Kitchen Innovation Award for 2011.

The OES 6.10 uses one controller for two separate cooking chambers that allow operators to save time and money by using two different cooking modes (such as steaming vegetables while roasting meat) at the same time.

Although it is claimed to be one of the smallest combi-steamers in the world, with a width of just 515mm, the award-winning product can still hold up to six 1/1 GN containers in each chamber.

Its EasyTouch display panels for one-touch recipes and cooking programmes simplifies both operation and training.
