The OES 6.10 uses one controller for two separate cooking chambers that allow operators to save time and money by using two different cooking modes (such as steaming vegetables while roasting meat) at the same time.

Although it is claimed to be one of the smallest combi-steamers in the world, with a width of just 515mm, the award-winning product can still hold up to six 1/1 GN containers in each chamber.

Its EasyTouch display panels for one-touch recipes and cooking programmes simplifies both operation and training.
