DC 0100 pass-through warewasher from DC Catering

An integrated softener makes the new DC 0100 pass-through warewasher easier and safer to operate than machines with standard external softeners.

External versions can take up to 30 minutes to regenerate as the operator disconnects the inlet and outlet pipes while topping up the salt, and the lengthy process can leave hazardous slippery waste water on the floor. The DC 0100's internal softener regenerates at the touch of a button once the easily-accessed salt container is filled.

The smallest warewasher in the DC Catering pass-through range, the DC 0100 promises a good wash performance, reliability and durability at a low cost. Its increased wash power and advanced handling design means racks pass through rapidly on a three-minute cycle. A load height of 365mm will accommodate oversized plates and utensils.
