G3106 gas convection oven from Falcon Foodservice Equipment

Falcon Foodservice Equipment has introduced the G3106 all-gas open-top fan-assisted convection oven, with six 5.3kW hob burners and a 9.5kW oven. The 2/1 GN compatible oven ensures even cooking across all four shelf positions.
