The new Grill Marked Chicken Burger from Plusfood provides, as the name suggests, an authentic restaurant finish for time-pressed caterers.
The 60g burgers are a mix of chicken and turkey with mixed herbs and spices that are flash-fried, fully-cooked and individually quick-frozen. They will shallow-fry in just six to eight minutes, but can also be deep-fried, oven-baked, grilled or microwaved.
They are available in 2.5kg boxes containing approximately 42 burgers.
