Heinz gives away Gold Japanese chef's knives and ketchup cases
Heinz Foodservice is offering Buy It! readers the chance to receive a gold Japanese professional chef's knife worth £100 and a case of Heinz Tomato Ketchup in its iconic 342g glass bottles.
It's to celebrate the ‘It has to be Heinz' campaign, with TV adverts showing different people patting, squeezing and scraping an invisible sauce from an invisible bottle on to their meals.
As part of the three-month campaign, caterers get the chance to win up to £10,000 in cash by looking out for Heinz Tomato Ketchup bottles with a ‘prize winner' gold label on the back.
The lucky reader drawn will receive a Kasumi Titanium 20cm Chef's Knife, made in Seki, the cutlery capital of Japan, which is corrosion-proof in naturally occurring environments, chemical- and acid-resistant and more abrasion-resistant than steel.
A unique design made from molybdenum vanadium and coated with titanium, the non-allergenic metal does not generate ferrous ions, thus preventing food from gaining a metallic taste.
