Whirlpool AGB gas deep-fat fryers, part of the mix-and-match 700 series of modular appliances, are designed for easy oil maintenance using Whirlpool's filter and oil collector. A large heat-transfer area reduces heat-up time and overall energy use.
The free-standing fryers are available in a single-basket version, the AGB519, measuring 400mm wide with a gas output of 12kW, and the double-basket AGB520, which measures 800mm and is rated at 24kW. Both models have deep cool zones and stainless steel wells with rounded corners for easy cleaning. List prices are £2,095 and £3,457 respectively.
