Young's revamps fillets range

Seafood suppler Young's has overhauled its Battered and Breaded Premier Fillets range to supply them in a variety of sizes to suit different menu options, rather than in specific portions weighed in grams.
From April, the fillets will be offered in five sizes ranging from small (packed 40 to the case), medium (35), large (30), extra large (25) and jumbo (20). These new sizes apply to battered or breaded cod and haddock, battered pollock and breaded plaice.
Other tweaks to the line-up include supplying cod that is skinless as well as boneless, and using an improved batter to make the coated fillets crisper and lighter.
