Vegetable nuggets from Plusfood can be served with a dip as a snack item or as an accompaniment to meat or fish dishes.
These bite sized nuggets of vegetables and rice can be griddled from frozen in about three minutes or can be shallow fried, deep fried or oven-baked. Available in cases of 100 x 20g pieces.
