TRADITIONAL French oven-to-tableware from Emile Henry, produced using the exclusive Ceradon process, is now available in the UK in 28 different shapes and five colours. Products are claimed to have high resistance to thermal and mechanical shocks and glaze crazing.
The choice includes souffle dishes, flan dishes, shell dishes, terrines, casseroles and ramekins. They come in five colours including red, green and blue. Prices range from £4.99 for two 9cm ramekins to £29.99 for a large(26cm) casserole.
