Academy names MCA finalists
The Academy of Culinary Arts has announced the finalists for the 2000 Master of Culinary Arts awards.
Eighteen finalists will compete at the finals on 23 September (restaurant management and service) at London's Le Gavroche and 4 October (culinary skills and hotel pastry) at Thames Valley University, Slough. They are:
