A glazed "up and over" door is offered on latest versions of Bakers Pride full size pizza deck ovens. The change helps reduce gangway space while cutting heat loss.

Another change is on Stone Bake ovens which now have a stone liner on deck ceilings as well as floors. This addition in effect sandwiches the pizza between the two heat sources.

The drier heat helps gain a crisper and more evenly baked pizza. Extra cost of the fitment on the two deck BL 22 and 4-deck BL44 ovens is about £150 per deck.
