Aramark buys Fine Host

Contract caterer Aramark has strengthened its position in northern America with the acquisition of Fine Host Corporation for about $100m (£64.28m).
The deal will increase Aramark's turnover in the USA by about $300m (£192.8m).
Fine Host, which is based in Greenwich, Connecticut, has about 900 contracts in schools, stadiums, conventions centres, prisons and hospitals.
The group's UK operation has also won a contract worth an annual £82,000 to supply services to Hertfordshire Highways. The deal involves providing catering to 300 people at the Welwyn Garden City office.
