Aramark's chef of the year

Paul Oxnard was named Aramark's Chef of the Year for 2003 at the caterer's annual awards ceremony in London last week. He beat off competition from nine other senior chefs to win the title. Oxnard is head chef at Aramark's contract with the Crowne Plaza, The City, which has just opened in London. The junior chef title went to Jacqui Jenkinson, sous chef at the Crowne Plaza, National Exhibition Centre, in Birmingham. This is the third year that Aramark has run its chef contest.
