Bagel pack reveals all

The Hinged Bagel Pack from Tri-Star Packaging makes the fillings in filled bagels more visible while maintaining full product protection. Initial trials with the packs indicate like-for-like sales increases of over 65 per cent, compared with conventional packaging. Tri-Star, which promotes a one-stop shop for packaging, disposables and hygiene, demonstrated the new pack at the Total Sandwich Show, along with its BloomerWedge system.
