Beef up your meat menu

New from Fairfax Meadow is Blairmore Scotch Meat.

The Blairmore range of specially selected aged Scotch Beef comes from Aberdeen cattle from fully audited and approved farms.

The Blairmore Beef is matured on the bone for up to three weeks in special temperature-controlled rooms. When the meat has reached its peak of maturity, it is boned and cut before being vacuum packed.
