Book now for a Chef Eats Out ‘Welshfest'
Join the Caterer team at our next Chef Eats Out event, to be held at the newly refurbished Swansea Grand hotel. Dermott Slade, winner of this year's National Chef of Wales competition, will be cooking a six-course lunch for guests on 12 July, which will feature the best of Welsh ingredients, including Welsh lamb and beef courtesy of Hybu Cig Cymru (Meat Promotion Wales).
