Bratt or griddle: it's your call

The Multipla combined bratt pan and griddle is a new generation of contact cooking appliances from Italy's Mareno. The electrically heated units are made in two sizes: 32 x 48 cm single heat zone, priced at £2,375, and 52 x 48 cm unit with two cooking zones, priced at £2,900.
A 100mm wall all round each plate enables wet food to be braised, stewed or shallow-fried; maximum capacities are 13.8 and 22.5 litres respectively. Units are mounted on bases and are compatible with the Protaganista 70 medium duty modular range system, which comprises over 70 component units.
