Demi-Glace with Sherry is just one of the savoury sauces from Macphie Foods, which can be used straight from the carton. It can be served on its own or additional ingredients can be added. Other varieties are: Demi Glace; Sauce Blanche; Mornay sauce; Sweet and Sour sauce; Hollandaise and Bechamel with Butter. New to the range is Chicken Velouté, which can be used in pies, pastries and all poultry-based snacks and main meals.
Available in 12 x one-litre Tetrapacks offering 12 months ambient shelf life, unopened. Selected varieties are also in 10-litre cartons.
