COLD meats, which are already sliced and shaved, can save considerable preparation time for sandwiches, salads and pastas.
W&P Foodservice has launched an extensive range to suit different needs. It comprises sliced beef, corned beef, honeyroast, farmhouse, shoulder and prime ham, chicken roll and turkey breast in 12 x 454g packs, while shaved smoked ham and turkey breast are in 9 x 500g packs.
