Caterer and Hotelkeeper – 27466
SEVEN-year-old Andrew Boyle of Falkirk tucks into a free bowl of porridge at the Forte Crest Glasgow Airport Hotel as part of the nationwide chain's latest breakfast promotion.
In a bid to revive the traditional Scottish cereal as part of a healthy diet, Forte Crest has joined forces with Quaker to offer guests free porridge during January. It expects to serve about150,000 guests during that time.
Chef Guy Rety, who is pictured serving Andrew, said: "Porridge may not be the sexiest dish around in the 1990s, but it is one that is important to our everyday diet in providing fibre and vitamins."
