Conjure up a confection

Brighten up the dessert trolley with Red Currant Fruit Slices from Pathfinder Foods under the Thoks label.

The slices are filled with fruit and covered in a soured cream topping with a biscuit base.

To prepare, remove packaging and defrost for four hours at room temperature or thaw in a microwave for about 20 minutes. Following defrost, the fruit slices can be held in the fridge for up to three days.

Serve on their own or with cream, ice cream or yogurt.

This dessert has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in the deep freeze.

Available in 1750g cakes, pre-sliced into 21 portions, packed two to a carton with 80 cartons per pallet. The price is about £27 per case or 64p per slice.
