Italian coffee machine manufacturer Gaggia has produced a small table-top machine designed for low-volume outlets that want to offer fresh ground espresso and its coffee derivatives. The Nespresso uses sealed pods of pre-measured coffee in a range of nine coffee tpes, including decaffeinated. Pressure is 19 bar, giving a thick crema, and features include a choice of cup size, automatic cleaning, and a warning single when the level in the on-board water reservoir becomes low.
