Feel the CleanJet benefits

CleanJet from Rational offers benefits in hygiene, labour-saving and safety, according to research from the Institute of Hygiene and Technology of Food of Animal Origin, part of Munich University, Germany.
The study, commissioned by Rational, says that the CleanJet system leaves ovens hygienically spotless.
Operation is easy as the programme is simply selected and CleanJet starts. This means no time is wasted on intervention and monitoring and cleaning can be completely unsupervised - even overnight.
Rational is now fitting CleanJet as standard to all its ClimaPlus Combi (CPC) ovens. Brochures and videos are available.
