Fish and chip solution

The Frymaster fish and chips frying station brings together high output equipment for more consistent production at lower cost than traditional fish-and-chip ranges. The complete unit comprise a Dean 2424 flat bottom fryer with non-stick base for wet-battered products and Super Cascade filtration system plus and MJH50 or MJ45 chip fryer with solid state or optional computer controls and easy clean fry-pot.
