Fish preparation has had its chips

WHEN fish and chips are on the menu, save valuable preparation time by using Brakes' frozen Battercrisp range of fish.

With its Cod Tail Fillets, 222 and Haddock Fillets, 223, the fish skin and bones have been removed. As the fillets have been already battered, they can be oven baked or deep fried to produce a crispy tasting coating.

Available in 140g to 170g and 170g to 200g portions, Cod Tail Fillets cost 109p and 130p each respectively, while Haddock Fillets are 98p and 116.8p each.

New larger sizes of skin-on Cod and Haddock Fillets, 224, have been added to the range. Battercrisp Cod is in 200g to 230g at 115.9p each; Large Jumbo Battercrisp Cod is 177.9p per piece, while 200g to 230g Battercrisp Haddock Fillets cost 105p each.
