Folkestone hotel sold for £495,000

The Salisbury hotel in Folkestone, Kent, has been sold for nearly £495,000. Father and son team Jim and John Hyam previously owned the hotel 52-bedroom hotel. They are also in the process of selling the 75-bedroom Southcliffe hotel, also in Folkestone. Christie & Co was the agent.
