M&J Seafoods has launched the Signature of fresh fish products, developed in association with the Craft Guild of Chefs. It includes: Square-Cut Supremes; Butterfly Fillets; Tournedos and Paves, cut from a variety of fresh fish.
The range also features ready-prepared dishes such as Trout and Cod Roll, Sea Bass & Scallop Roulade, Salmon & Seaweed Tower and a range of seaweed products.
The Signature products are packed in 10-portion boxes and can be delivered within 24 hours of ordering.
Prices are held for one-month periods.
The Seaweed products are available in six varieties including Nori (or purple laver), and Sea Lettuce (or green laver).
