Industry charity Hospitality Action (HA) was last week £13,000 richer after a lavish fundraising event hosted at London's Allium restaurant by chef-patron and HA patron Anton Edelmann (above). An eight-course tasting menu was followed by a charity auction, in which guests bid for the chance to have Allium chef Peter Woods and his brigade cook for them at home.
