UK restaurants, published last week, includes the country's newest restaurant awards, sponsored by Cognac producer Rémy Martin.> The "Rémys" are designed to recognise the UK‘s 20 most innovative, up-and-coming restaurants: ten in London and ten outside. The award winners in the regions were: -
